Today I was having meeting with a potential business partner following a monthly professional luncheon. We were headed for a coffee shop; however, when we noticed that it was crowded, we slipped into the Oak Hill Bar & Grill. I had been to this restaurant in the past and knew that it would offer us a better environment to discuss business.
When we got there, we had just had lunch. We could not have eaten more. When we sat down, our server Ms. Kristi Posson, approached and asked if what we wanted to order a drink. When she returned, we explained that we were there to discuss business, and if we ended up stayed long enough we just might be hungry again. If so, would be sure to let her know.
About 30 minutes later, Kristi returned to check on us. “Would you like some ice for your tea?’ “Would you like a refill to go?”
It was her attention to detail and the anticipating of our potential needs that caught my attention. You just never know who is sitting at your table, next to you on the airplane or riding with you in the elevator. It could just happen to be the Customer Service Adovate, Business Career Coach, and America’s Professional Success Coach with Make Your Best Impression.

Kudos to Kristi and Oak Hill Bar & Grill. I am not sure what Kristi will do with her future, but what I do know is that regardless she will have the drive to do it to the best of her ability.
