Time and time again, as I travel across the country speaking to groups, associations and corporations, people always ask me “Do you have training programs for teenagers?” Sometimes your market finds you. Suddenly, I found myself searching ways to offer this sort of training to our future leaders.
In January 2010, while meeting with another speaking and training colleague, we began discussing how we could work together. We spoke about the scope of our perspective businesses and soon discovered that we were both planning to create a program for schools.
