Karen Sladick is a consultant specializing in workplace productivity and efficiency seminars. She has extensive experience researching and studying both the mental and physical aspects of being organized. She received her undergraduate degree in business management from Michigan State University and continued her graduate studies at the University of Detroit. She has attended comprehensive course studies on organizational development and is actively involved in the ongoing study and delivery of course materials. Karen founded Organize 4 Results in 2006 and since then has been conducting seminars and giving presentations on improving workplace productivity. She works with businesses who want to help their employees become more organized, focused and productive.

Karen is a certified GO System trainer and has a reputation for teaching people ideas and techniques that can easily be put into action in their day-to-day lives.

Karen lives in Birmingham, Alabama with her husband and teenage daughter.  She is an avid athlete, has completed numerous marathons and triathlons.  She has qualified and ran the Boston Marathon three times and completed Ironman Coeur d’Alene.
