Why Are You Laughing? Never Mind… Go Ahead!

Every now and then change the format of your inner group meeting entirely. Once, one member brought blankets and food and we met for a day of no thinking, just laughing. Laughter can really do wonders for the body and the soul.
Another time we drove down to the beach and romped through the Fort Morgan. We walked along the ruins and focused on the history of what once happended here many years ago.l
All these things were done with the intention of elevating our consciousness so we could team up with each other and with our higher selves through nature. We created a special bond individually and as a group that immeasurably helped our future work together.
Connecting with a group of like-minded people on an inner level can provide many benefits, not the least of which is to remind ourselves that our inner search can be fun as well as challenging.
